Congratulations! You've completed your first week of the 30-day wellness challenge. Today, we focus on slowing down, tuning into our body, and reflecting on our progress.

🧘‍♀️ Stretch Routine – 5 Minutes

Take just five minutes to reconnect with your body and gently relieve tension. Here’s a simple stretch sequence:

Exercise Duration Description
Neck Rolls 30 sec Slow head circles right and left
Shoulder Rolls 30 sec Roll shoulders back and forth
Forward Bend 1 min Reach toward the floor, bend gently
Cat-Cow Stretch 1 min Back arch and curl while on hands & knees
Side Stretch 1 min Seated side-body extension
